How long does the shipping/delivery take?
The processing time for orders is 3-5 business days. Once the courier is done loading your package on the plane, delivery time within the United States is 12-20 days after processing, or 20-40 days internationally.
How can I track my product shipment?
We will send you an email regarding the shipment tracking 3-7 days after the purchase.
Is your site secure?
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
Payment: If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
How do you handle returns?
We have a hassle free return policy. If you are not satisfied with your order, return it to us in as-new condition in its original packaging and we will refund 100% of your purchase price.
If we make a mistake and send you the wrong product, or if there are missing or broken parts, the problem will be corrected at our cost. This is a rare occurrence, but when it does happen you will get what you ordered, and any shipping costs in both directions will be paid by us.
